This is a full body muscular endurance conditioning program that utilizes dumbbells, kettlebells, sandbags, assault bikes, rowers, running, and tires. There are no barbells in this class.
The structure of the program is full body every day but has an emphasis towards upper or lower body movements from day to day. Every class will begin with a bodyweight warm up and be followed by a long circuit with 3-5 various exercises with conditioning sprinkled in.
This program is at your pace. You can go as fast or slow, heavy or light as you would like. This is perfect for people getting back into it after a long break or new people wanting to build an aerobic base before tackling more intense workouts.
