Here at CrossFit Lakeway we run a strength and conditioning program. For strength we hit the 7 primal movements using various barbell and dumbbell exercises with varying sets and reps. For conditioning we use MyZone, a heart rate monitor, and do two days of high intensity separated by three days of low intensity.

While CrossFit can be competitive it is also scaleable. Every exercise can be lightened, reps reduced, or modified to help you achieve your health goals safely.
