But when I learned about Krav Maga and realized that I could have fun getting fit while learning how to kick people's butts, it was a match make in Heaven. I first started going to Lakeway Elite Fitness because my wife had been going and mentioned how much she liked it. After hearing about it for a few months I decided to give it a try. I really appreciate the laid back atmosphere and the variety of programs. I know I will never be bored when I go there. After a few months of training I ran the Warrior Dash, and finished in the top 10% of my age group. I would recommend this system to anyone, but especially those folks that might have a little trouble motivating themselves.
